I know there was a few of us that had requested refunds. I had received an email (I'm sure others got the same one) from the company on July 22nd stating that refunds will be sent WITHIN 30 days after all materials and supplies have been received. I do not have any supplies or materials. I haven't had anything for the past 5 months and I still have not recieved any refund. It's been more than 30 days since this email has been sent out and still nothing.

Has anyone else received theirs?

Does anyone know the status on the refunds?

Hi my name is Diane . I have asked for a refund I have emailed I have sent a letter and absolutely nothing. I do not want to sound rude but I think it is very inconsiderate what this company has done and has not done. We are entitle to a refund and if they say they are going to send then that is what they should do. Dont play these games  I wish all good luck to who has request a refund.

If you are referring to the latch hook program, as best as I can explain it, refund request were taken in the latter part of July I think.  Will have to check the archives to be sure.  Refunds were then made sometime in mid september.  The refunds were based on whatever your contract terms were..   For exampe I was not eligible for a refund because I worked in the program for over one year.  Some people got partial refunds that returned there supplies and had not been in the program long enough to make any money.  There were some people here that only received partial refunds, and alot of the loca workers that did not receive any refund.

I also made a refund request and never heard/received anything.  I was a long distance worker and sent in one rug which was never acknowledged or paid for as well.  I joined in June.

Sorry, to hear about your situation with that company.  Are you actively involved in any work at home programs now???
